The biography starts with my date of birth... My first baking experiences.

Tennis, a family passion that we took from America to our return to Italy, with red clay courts and me that would collect the red clay like if it was flour. While my Father was playing tennis, I would find some clay, some water and start creating different shapes pretending to bake them. It was a game, with a lot of imagination!
My most desired present? An "Easy Bake Oven"... And one day it arrived!

I continued with my mixtures and baking trials... some under baked and some burnt... It did not matter... I just needed a relative or friend willing to taste them.

Soon the recipes became something serious and the ingredients all of prime quality, to be tested carefully. To learn the origins, the variety and methods of use became fundamental and also a challenge against the combination of flavors.

Today I am here and I identify myself in this renovated Pastry Shop, an ideal ambience to exhibit and to offer you my "Sweet Fantasies".

Our Mission

For our recipes we use only ingredients selected with great care and love. We favor local products; we revisit the local flavors and recipes of our territory and of traditions. We try as much as possible to respect and use seasonal produce. Our efforts are dedicated to benefit the most from the ingredients we use in order to add value to each of our creations. Some of our recipes have been modified by reducing the amount of sugar and fats, so, we can offer our customers healthier (but not tasteless) desserts.

It is important for us to also satisfy who has food intolerances creating our line of products that are Gluten Free, Dairy - Lactose Free and Egg Free.
